Product Structure Characteristics
1. SS self-sealing socket welded gate valve seat sealing surface is made of cobalt-based cemented carbide surfacing, which has good wear resistance and abrasion resistance.
2. The surface of the valve stem is nitrided with corrosion resistance, which has good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
3. The two ends of the branch pipe are welded joints. The opening and closing of the welded gate valve are controlled by the gear transmission device.
4. Welded Gate Valve pressure self-tightening sealing mechanism, by means of medium pressure to tighten wedge-shaped sealing ring to achieve sealing, the higher the medium pressure, the better the sealing performance.
5.Welded Gate Valve closure is mainly composed of bevel gear mechanism on valve cover and double single gate, universal top, clamp ring, etc. which can be adjusted, and lifting motion is guided by valve body.
The most obvious advantage of SS self-sealing socket welded gate valve is: In the process of opening and closing, the friction between the disc and the sealing surface of the valve body is smaller than that of the gate valve, so it is wear-resistant. The opening height is generally only 1/4 of the diameter of the valve seat passage, so it is much smaller than the gate valve. Usually there is only one sealing surface on the valve body and the valve flap, so the manufacturing process is better and it is easy to maintain.
